Install on Windows or Mac. You need Node.js installed (the app uses it to run backups).

Claude – Export via email link or browser extension zip; save to a folder or upload to OneDrive.
Manus – API key; backs up tasks and projects to a folder or OneDrive.
ChatGPT – Email export link or session token; backs up conversations to a folder or OneDrive.

Each platform is independent. Backups never delete existing files in the destination.
